This 10-minute FREE discovery call is perfect if you’re wanting to connect, learn more about naturopathy & find out how we can work together. It is a one off call for NEW clients prior to booking your initial appointment. Come prepared with any questions you may have about how we can work together to achieve your health goals!

INVESTMENT: $180

For new clients. Allow up to 70 minutes. We dive deep into all aspects of your health including your presenting complaint(s), relevant body systems, diet & lifestyle, personal medical history, family history & more. Any recent pathology/functional testing will be reviewed while also referring for further testing if relevant.

You will have a treatment plan sent to you within 48 hours after the consult with completely individualised goals, diet & lifestyle advice and any prescriptions (herbal or supplements) required that can then be shipped to you.

INVESTMENT: $145

Allow up to 60 minutes - this will be the first appointment after the initial. Usually 2-6 weeks after initial depending on your presentation & test times.

This time is essential so we are able to go through any pathology or functional test results requested in the initial consult. This is also an opportunity for you to reflect on how you found your treatment. We can then review your current treatment plan & adjust accordingly to create the best & most achievable plan for you. Your updated treatment plan will be sent to you within 48hrs after your consult.

You can also opt for this length of follow up consultation any time after your first 2 appointments. This might be useful if you feel you need some extra time with me depending on your circumstances & concerns.

INVESTMENT: $110

Allow up to 45 minutes. Review consults are essential to ensure you have onoing support. These will usually be scheduled every 4-8 weeks but will depend on your individual needs.

These appointments give us the chance to catch up to ensure your current treatment plan is still allowing you to progress towards your goals. It also ensures we can refill prescriptions or make change if necessary. Your updated treatment plan will be sent to you within 48hrs after your consult.

For any new, complex issues that have arisen or if you just simply would prefer some extended time together to discuss your goals, please consider choosing the long follow up!

INVESTMENT: $50

For new & existing clients. Allow 15-20 minutes.

These appointments are perfect if you are needing support for an acute condition. For example - cold/flu, urinary tract infections, acute pain or other minor injuries.

They can also be useful if you want some pre-holiday supplements to optimise your health while travelling.
